What skirt should you wear? Choosing the Cynthia is a cinch!  H&R London's Cynthia skirt is our newest print in an oldie but goodie! Our retro style circle skirts are all the rage with the pinups, and the Cynthia is no exception.  Set on a background of deep indigo, roses of fuschia and flamingo pink with white petals create a beautiful and striking vintage style pattern.  Elastic ruching at the sides of the skirt allows fitting for a range of sizes.  Skirt fastens at the back with a large shiny black button.  Skirt zips up the center back.
